DHRC Nepal is pleased to be able to work in partnership with the following organisations:

Disability Human Rights Project is designed to promote and protect the equal rights and treatment of all people with disabilities, irrespective of their racial, ethnic or caste origin. The goal of the Project is –" Disability Rights Included constitution and legal framework of Nepal ensuring PwDs Rights" . We have the following objectives in order to achieve the targeted goal:

Prepare line of trained human rights activist to tackle disability rights violation in targeted area.
Establish reporting system of disability rights situation in targeted area.
Make aware PwDs, their family and general public about the importance of legal frame to ensure disability rights
Collect voices of PwDs and general public, document and submit it to the committee responsible to disability issues in Constituent Assembly

DHRC-Nepal entered in to the partnership with DDP UK since June 2008. DDP and DHRC have jointly developed some programme proposals and agreed a Memorandum of Understanding.

VSO Nepal

DHRC-Nepal is working in partnership with Impact Nepal since 2003. We are working combined to raise awareness on disability prevention. DHRC-Nepal is producing radio program on the issue of disability prevention under this partnership. Our radio show is regularly covering radio jingles produced by Impact Nepal.
